Dr. Miguel Diaz, MD, FAAFP is a distinguished board-certified family medicine physician with over 15 years of clinical practice and more than 30 years of cumulative healthcare experience. Known for his compassionate care and broad medical expertise, Dr. Diaz serves patients across all ages and backgrounds, offering a truly comprehensive approach to wellness.

Before earning his medical degree, Dr. Diaz laid the foundation for his clinical excellence through years of hands-on nursing experience. He worked as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse, Emergency Room (ER) nurse, and Wound Care nurse, gaining invaluable insight into acute and chronic patient care. His early career also included service in the United States Navy, where he participated in dental procedures and earned his Emergency Medicine Technician license, further expanding his clinical versatility and discipline.

After completing his medical training and residency, Dr. Diaz became a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians (FAAFP), a designation that reflects his commitment to lifelong learning and leadership in family medicine.
